Do you take insurance?

I am in-network with BlueCross and BlueShield PPO Plans, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna and Sana. I use Headway, a third-party billing system to verify benefits and submit claims to insurance.

Don’t have insurance? Not a problem. I can provide superbills that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

What is your session fee if I don’t use insurance?

Initial Assessment $165 (55-60 mins)

Therapy Sessions $150 (50-55 mins)

Do you offer therapy in my area?

I am licensed in the state of Texas & am an approved out of state Telehealth provider in the state of Florida. For my Texas clients: I am mostly seeing clients on Telehealth at this time, but I do offer in-person appointments at my office. For Florida clients: I only offer Telehealth availability, as I reside in Texas.

How do I make an appointment?

You are more than welcome to visit my client portal to look at my calendar availability under the “Book an Appointment” tab. You can also submit an inquiry through the website or reach out to alessandra@quisisanacounseling.com. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session that you and I have scheduled, please inform me at least 24 business hours in advance. If you do not cancel, and/or do not show up for your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
